Dispute Settlement in the Digital Economy

The SOLAIR 2020 will be hosting a special online workshop titled "Dispute Settlement in the Digital Economy" organized jointly by UNCITRAL, Israel, Japan and the Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade. The online workshop will focus mainly on discussions whythere is a need for a separate instrument for hi-tech disputes, and how it's different than other sectors like construction and energy, what the content of the instrument might include, and in what format such instrument(s) should be drafted.

The workshop will take place on 10 September 2020 from 13:30 to 17:40 of CET (Prague time).
